A consistent API for integrations, more reliable billing, and many corrections.
Enhancements
- Make the Member who starts an Assignment its Requestor when no Requestor is named, and allow clearing an Assignment’s Requestor
- Show new Procedures, Triggers, and Assignments in other open sessions as soon as they are created
- Refuse to move a Procedure to another Organization, and suggest Copy instead
- Explain what deleting a Procedure deletes, and that its Resources remain
- Suspend an Organization whose subscription is canceled
- Accept e-mailed Assignments only from verified senders
- Clarify tooltips and help text for Positions, People, the Organization Catalog, Triggers, and member pickers
- Strengthen access controls throughout the application
- Improve the reliability of the server and scheduled jobs
- Align the TaskTrain API’s names, paging, and error responses, in preparation for upcoming integrations
- Update third-party dependencies for security, performance, & reliability
- Improve application code for efficiency, maintainability, & reliability
Corrections
- Allow move or copy of a Procedure only into a Portfolio where the Member may create Procedures; never copy a Locked Procedure
- Keep billing in step when a Member’s Workspace Access changes to or from Guest
- Open an Assignment or Trigger whose Procedure has lost a Role, and an Assignment that has no Requestor
- Clear an optional Role during an Assignment, but never a Required one, and re-staff a Role the way its Tasks were first staffed
- Keep a Role unstaffed when no Account is chosen for it in the Assign dialog, and send a named Assignee every Step that names no one
- List a new Assignment in its Assignee’s Inbox even when none of its Tasks falls to them
- Show a Scheduled Trigger’s saved Start and End when editing it, and refuse a weekly schedule with no days selected
- Show a Procedure’s description as plain text in Procedure lists, the Procedure picker, and the Manual Trigger dialog
- Show the unsaved text when a rich text editor is expanded
- Show a Guide entry whose Linked Resource has no media type
- Let Escape close a confirmation dialog instead of choosing its other answer
- Invite a Member who gives no last name
- Remove a removed Member’s Portfolio Access in every Portfolio, not just one
- Keep a Procedure’s Positions inside the Organization it is copied into, and delete an Organization’s Positions and Organization Catalog with it
- Name an e-mailed Assignment for its Procedure when the message has no subject, and describe it with a plain-text message’s body
- Show the comment author’s name, not placeholder text, when replying to a comment notification e-mail
- List comments in a Task’s Activity
- Bill the correct number of Members when an Organization changes plans, and keep a late payment notice from overwriting a newer payment status
- Offer Zapier only the paid Organizations whose payment succeeded
- Correct the Translate dialog’s title and wording that earlier renames had damaged
